Beach Rafts

planning a trip to Virginia. Could someone tell me what is the best place to do the most. And the best spot of the party. Thank you

I've never seen rafting at the beach, so I guess you say whitewater rafting. If so, it is primarily in the Shenandoah Valley (Front Royal, for example), which is about two hours due west of Washington DC. Other than a few spots I've probably never heard, VA Beach is the only beach. I live in northern VA, most of us go to Ocean City, MD. It's much more fun. Others would Dewey Beach or Rehoboth.
