Boat Inflatable Kid

Boat Inflatable KidAdvice on an inflatable kayak?

I live in Washington, DC and have been renting a kayak a few times each summer, on the Potomac. This year, I was thinking about investing in a kayak of my own to save rental costs, but I do not have a car, do not live close enough to the river walk, and I can not wear it on the metro -I checked. Is it an inflatable kayak a good idea? Are the other children with better boats mock me? Is it safe? The area I would be paddling in the calm and is deep enough that I do not work on all the rocks. Thank you!

Inflatable kayaks are in many categories. If you buy one be sure to make a "demonstration". Will you wear over BKE? Again, try a travel carry your equipment. Do not forget the paddle. It must be a part of a two. Check with the American Association on Canoe Kayak and Canoe Club premises. The ACA is in your area.
