What should I expect from the DMV when I registrar a custom motorcycle? I am a student of welding. And I think to build a reverse trike. But I'm not sure about the requirements to get it road legal in Florida. What is the importance of the DMV and if I want to build more than a one off, but a series of images and, eventually, the complete bike.

do not know about your condition, but here in Az just reporting original manufacturers if you build your own framework that you just need the revenue from your materials.And then they issue a special construction .
You'll have to talk to the DMV. Some states require a custom (with MSO paperwork for the engine) to finish (down to the paint) before a number of stamp on it.
Each state is different.
