Ok, first the type of shoes you are looking for "Two Tone Wing Tips". The link for the shoes you posted are girls shoes. (Rule number one, are not girls shoes, if you're a guy.)
Mostly new dance shoes that will run anywhere between $ 40 and $ 80 (you can pay more as well), but before going to this purchase, you must ask yourself, do you buy shoes specifically for dance better or cool looking? What is your level of swing dance / ability to?
Wing tips are usually shoes with leather soles and are very "fast" (or sliding) on a wooden dance floor. If you are a beginner, this may make it difficult to dance because you do not have much control and may slip and fall (very annoying), so I recommend not usually buy shoes fast right away. If you are a beginner, stick with tennis shoes until you get your feet wet.
Also, do you dance East Coast Swing, West Coast Swing, Lindy Hop or?
East Coast Swing is normally the first type of beginners learn step swing, and he is 6-digits (side, side, rock step). If you plan on just dancing the east coast, you'll be fine with the wingtips.

If you are interested in dancing like that, I recommend sticking with tennis shoes for now. When you get more advanced, you can upgrade to faster shoes, but most lindy hoppers doen't wear shoes two tone. They wear white shoes capto or "dollars", because that is what the original swing dancers wore when they danced.
