Weight limitations are conservative on rowing machines? I was watching a rowing machine and Kettler Kaddett maximum weight limit is 275 and I 310. if someone is 35 pounds above the weight limit of general machinery break or simply not right? also how they are conservative on paper, they are 50 pounds test weight or 20 pounds lighter, for example? anyway I really want to lose weight, but I have a bad knee and I read that rowing is ideal for people who have an injured knee, so if anyone knows specifically about this rower that would be too great.
I suppose there is a safety factor of 10-20%. They are also covering them what you do break and wear.
If you go there, I would be gentle up and down and get to 275 asap if you do not wear the bearings.
I hope you read some articles about Dr. Bookspan Fitness fixative before spending money on any machine.
You may be able to fix your knee (foot position or posture) and stay in shape hurt your back with a rowing machine.
I highly recommend his book Fix your own pain. That's about $ 20 from its website.
