Kiddie Swimming Pools

Kiddie Swimming PoolsWhy my son hates any form of swimming pool, even a children's pool, he loves the bath so much?

He loves and hates bath time to go out every night. It splashes, blowing bubbles, playing with his toys. But I took it to the pool the other night and he hated it. Today, it Grandma Got him a little kiddie pool for the backyard, and it fills with hot water as the bath water, but still it hated? Why do you think this? How can I make him like it more?

Water is not the question ... something about him being in the big pool just for fun ... He does not understand the concept? I do not know really. Just a guess.

I had the opposite problem ... My daughter loves the pool ... cries when she must leave, but absolutely hate the bath! Your chance!

Maybe he can feel the water poo badly: P

quite seriously. I do not know why ... Maybe he likes the confined space of the tub. Maybe he feels exposed and at risk in a wider area

Did he take any kind of swimming lession as a baby? Sometimes, when they are introduced too early for such large bodies of water, they freak out. The techniques of teacher utilization can be scary for children? Remember he spent nine months in a very small stomach hot and humid and I loved it, I'm sure. Or, perhaps, he drowned in a past life..?

Tooo much space, a bath with walls, it affects and spills are a thing. This giant BIG huge pool of water he can not see the end .. it is another. Go to the pool with him. This should help

a bath is safer and reliable in his mind. perhaps also the air just outside dosent straighten him and he loves the comfort of being in an indoor climate. To test this theory try to fill a small plastic kiddie pool in your kitchen and see what happens.
