I have a Little Tikes Classic Castle Portico, I've seen them go for $ 400 + on eBay where the seller offers shipping ... my question is how can I send this important? It does not come off, and I might be able to find a big box for her, but the shipping company is the best for this ship big question?

I suggest, FedEx or DHL, I always use them and the goods will arrive safely and in good condition.
UPS is a little cheaper.
USPS, forget it.
