Little Tikes Ride On

Little Tikes Ride OnLittle Tikes Battery Operated Car for toddlers with autism?

My son is 2.5 passes 3 in August. He is autistic and I wonder if someone who has an autistic child, would he use it? It is non-verbal high functioning? I do not want to pay the sum of $ if it's just going to sit in the garage. He has a razor type scooter and does well on toys scoot. He can not ride his tricycle, but only because I think we have too much leg strength and his legs are very thin. All ideas are greatly appreciated. Thank you!

It is difficult to say uless you try some chidlren will be like the others, others will just panic-soem not care ..

try to find someone who has one and ask if your child can try it .....

Was he one of those Little Tikes drive up? My daughter loved the electric car, but not before she was older. You may want to take him to a toy store and test it if possible. This is the best way to assess how he would like.

My son has also had problems with a tricycle when he was young but it is due to motor coordination it took. Do you receive the son of occupational therapy? Otherwise, I would consider. In our state, it is free for children on the spectrum. It has helped my son a lot of strength and coordination. You can check with your regional center of the town or school district.
