Whether Major League Baseball season is now barely half through, McFarlane Toys is already thinking ahead to next year by announcing his departure scheduled programming MLB Sports Picks figures in 2009.

Scheduled to start exclusively at Toys "R" Us in February, the set will consist of six digits series alongside a pair of 3 packs.

The major league contract for the series are: Dustin Pedroia (Red Sox), Chipper Jones (version 2, Atlanta Braves), Miguel Cabrera (Detroit Tigers), Melky Cabrera (Yankees), Carlos Zambrano (Chicago Cubs) and Justin Upton (Arizona Diamondbacks).

Besides numbers unique patented, Toys 'R' Us will offer a pair of 3-Packs: a New York Yankees Defensive 3-pack with Derek Jeter, Alex Rodriguez (R2) and Jorge Posada (version 3) Jackie Day Robinson tribute 3-pack containing portraits Jackie Robinson (Brooklyn Dodgers in white), Ken Griffey Jr. (version 3, Cincinnati uniform) and Robinson Cano in Yankees clothing, all athletes Robinson's famous No. 42.

Alongside these figures out, "McFarlane will unveil the Series 6 range of its line Coopertown.
