I am modeling a husband for my sisters wedding cake and I do not know where to find glass eyes for the figures. Are there any local stores that have been or what? Thank you!

Big craft stores might have them in the doll making section. Call your local Hobby Lobby or Michael's if you have any in your area. Or, you can get online. The last resort is ... place of supply taxidermy!
