Plush Puppies Dog Toys

When I was much younger in the early 90s, I had a toy I do not remember the name? I'm just curious if anyone knows what it was?

It was a stuffed dog that was about 5 or 6 puppies stuffed in her stomach, held together by Velcro. He was very popular at the time.

OK So I keep looking and thinking about it ..... he was stuck in my mind. There was a toy called puppy surprise, but all cases I look I see no newer older. It does also come in a surprise Kitty too.
