Push Bar

Push BarShould I take the push rod out of my Crown Vic or leave them on?

I have an all black 1999 Crown Vic P71 with projectors and a push bar on it and do not know if it would be better with or without the push bar. The only reason I even think the first is removed to put less weight on the wheel of my car and to avoid harassment by police about the appearance of my car. All opinions would be greatly appreciated.

leave them on their looks cool! The only way you can get hasseled is to have the lights and stickers saying it belongs to a department.

I used to have an interceptor Chevrolet Impala with police push bar and projector installed yet. Cops has never stopped for speeding. In fact, some have even given up as they drove by going the opposite direction. Butthead on the road do you cut or tailgate. You get all the respect in the world. Besides, it really looks better with it on.

I personally thing that crown vics with finest push bar on.
It shows the authority and people do get cut.
My friend has a 2003 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor FULLY LOADED in the type of coverage.
We drove right past a large number of cops and they never say anything.
He took the helm of push off and it didn't look that great.
I hope this helps you.

You have to keep it and paint the car to look like this and get a personalized license plate reading BDR529
