just kidding but seriously Google free rc boat plans

free plans are generally worth a little less you pay for them.

If you want to change, even a good plan, you will know enough to develop them from scratch yourself. If you are not "possibly" Fluke improved to a beautiful place and the manipulation of design - but most likely you will end up with a dog handling badly. Change one thing - and you change dozens of other parameters so often totally unexpected.
