Rc Submarine With Camera

I get a new submarine from the ocean something Explorer Mini RC. its black, not white with propellers on the side. anyway I wanted to buy a camera with her. Ive been looking and found a security camera waterproof but thats $ 30 is quite large and weighs 0.75 pounds. I do not think enough light thats it soo I need some ideas PPL. I want a cheap camera, but good. Low price is less than 40, but please suggest watever you can find. it should really be below $ 100.
