Recumbent Trike Plans

I found several sites with plans for about $ 20 to build a recumbent bike or trike. These projects are expected to rely entirely on supporting off-the-shelf tools and common except the need to bend and weld the frame pieces. I'm not a great person mechanically inclined. Am I setting the bar too high with this project? The plans of the property? Anyone have experience with this type of project?

Sounds like one of those "If at first you do not succeed, try and try again" projects.

Everything you need to succeed in this as motivation, time, money, patience and skill you can learn on the job. Your trike fifth will be much better than your first ..
