Where does the name Sht Tzu origin?

Just curious.

The spelling is Shih Tzu and is of Chinese origin. Although people regularly mispronounce the name, the correct pronunciation is zoo sheet.

One day, a Sht Tzu has a shit in a zoo and then they began to call them. But the zoo has said that if it was not for them then they have no name. Then they changed the spelling.
