- Pack enough snacks, sandwiches and water for the entire trip. It is amazing how time flies when children eat.
- Pack a roll of toilet paper or enough wipes just in case one side of the road stop is necessary.
- Bring bags of diapers if you know if your child / ren to evil car.
- Prepare a bag of your child's favorite toys. Preferably not hard objects just in case they throw them (speaking from experience here).
- Baby Organisesr are great if you do not keep your arm behind you to get things done. Like it or him.
- Portable DVD Player is needed (remembering extra batteries). Several units if more than one child or you can get with multiple screens.
- portable game consoles for older children.
- The selection of tunes to sign your child along too. Either the vehicle's audio system or audio system with individual headphones.
- Arrange the drive around the rest of the child.
- Break the car travel in one day. Do not try to make a relay 10 hours with the child / ren in the car.
- Everyone's favorite car games - Eye Spy with my little eye, something beginning with ...
- Sun Apply cream on the faces of your children, arms and legs. Sunshades on windows if you have them.
- And most importantly - start your day happy and open minded, because you do not know what this car journey to end up like when you have children in the car.
